I was thinking of a wordpress plugin for google adsense that would make me easy to add adsense on my sidebars and on my post. I did search for a flexible one but could not find any satisfactory result. So, thought of making one by myself.

I just created a simple wp plugin named ‘Quick Adsense’. This plugin is in production phase. It is not full fledged yet.

This plugin creates a sidebar widget. After you activate this plugin, you can go to the Widgets section under Appearance. You will see a widget named ‘Quick Adsense’. Now, you can add this widget to your sidebar. You can edit the widget to add your adsense code. You may give title to the widget. You also have the option to hide or show the widget title.

The next modification/enhancement to this plugin will be:

- Adding multiple widgets

- Making settings page for the plugin where you can add adsense code for your post and pages.
